I promised the girls that I would carry to them to their beds if they fell asleep in the car. In minutes they were asleep. Wow, I didn't think that would work. Then since they were asleep I was able to stop and photograph the oncoming lightening storm with my iPhone. But because I stopped we then of course got caught in a torrential downpour in which the car was pelted with hail while the girls slept soundly. When I went inside, one side of the house was drenched six feet in.

Great shots!! And thanks for the heads-up, that storm (or one like it) is supposed to hit us tonight.
Isn't all that lightening nuts? It was certainly a challenge trying to catch them with my phone!
