PR: Vieques: Saturday Horse Washing

I've been told that on Saturdays the horses are taken into the ocean to kill off the ticks then hosed off at home. The horse being bathed closest to my camera had no name.

NYC: Chinatown

We are staying for two nights in Chinatown which is like living in an amusement park.

Here the girls have made a friend at the massage place.














We get yummy shrimp, mango dim sum, watermelon drinks, Chinese massage, a pop up pink laundry bag and kids umbrellas each for $2.

VT: Charlotte Lightening Storm

I promised the girls that I would carry to them to their beds if they fell asleep in the car. In minutes they were asleep. Wow, I didn't think that would work. Then since they were asleep I was able to stop and photograph the oncoming lightening storm with my iPhone. But because I stopped we then of course got caught in a torrential downpour in which the car was pelted with hail while the girls slept soundly. When I went inside, one side of the house was drenched six feet in.

We went snorkeling in this direction. I brought a plastic underwater camera. Saw lots of fish.
